How This Works

This isn't a form. It's not a test, and there's no version of doing it wrong.

Looking closely takes something out of you

These tools ask you to look closely at things most of us have never been asked to look at — how your body feels, what regulates you, where your energy actually goes, what you need and haven't said out loud. It takes courage to learn about yourself, and to show up as you are in the world.

The first time through, answer what's easy.

Skip what feels hard, unclear, or too close right now. You're not required to have an answer for everything. A half-finished profile still tells you something true.

Then let it sit.

Don't rush to fill in the gaps. The parts you skipped often aren't ready yet — and that's fine. Come back when you're ready.

The second and third pass is where it opens up.

What I have found true for myself is that the questions that felt impossible the first time start to have answers.

You don't have to do this alone.

A parent, partner, or friend can sit with you while you work through a tool — not to answer for you, but to be there. Some people find that helps. Some people need to do this in total privacy first, and that's just as valid.

Where to start, if you're not sure

There's no correct order.

We'd love to hear from you

If something here helped, or landed differently than expected, or you want to share what you built — we're on Substack. Come say hi.
